The Certified Nursing Assistant program at Northern Training and Assessment is taught by Dr. Joyce Reder, DNP, RN. Dr. Reder has been a Registered Nurse for 33 years and has experience in critical care, home care, and long-term care. She has also taught CNA classes for six years in both nonprofit and for-profit programs. In addition, Dr. Reder has experience teaching nursing students at the university level. By offering this program in Northern Michigan, Dr. Reder hopes to provide adult learners with a pathway to rewarding careers in the healthcare field.
